Armani’s first-ever branded beach homes in ears Al Khaimah
Italian luxury house Giorgio Armani is marking its 50th anniversary—and the 25th anniversary of its Armani/Casa line by launching its first branded residences in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), in collaboration with RAK Properties. Located in the Raha Island district, this ultra-exclusive development includes a limited collection of beachfront villas and luxury apartments, offering direct private beach access and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf and Jebel Jais Mountains.
The residences are co-designed by Giorgio Armani and his architectural team, drawing inspiration from his personal residences and rooted in his aesthetic principles of refined simplicity, timeless elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.

Moreover, the surrounding natural environment — home to dolphins, sea turtles, flamingos, and panoramic mountain views — reinforces the development’s harmony with the eco-rich landscape and Ras Al Khaimah’s identity as the UAE’s nature capital.
As for the timeline, while the exact completion date is not yet confirmed, projections suggest the project is expected to be ready by around 2030.
