Shipping

Delivery times in Italy are 1-3 business days, in Europe 5-7 business days.
Calculated after the 24 hours required for order preparation.

For shipments, we use GLS and BRT in Italy. For European shipments, we use FedEx.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the tracking number and a link to track it in real time.

Returns and Refunds

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

You can request a return on your account page or by sending email to info@hubt1.com indicating the order number and reason for return.

PLEASE NOTE: The product must be returned in the same condition as received. For example, it must include the original tags, box, accessories, etc. The product must not have been used or washed.

If our quality control finds any defects, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

MY ACCOUNT

To edit your address, password, or email, log into your account and go to the "ACCOUNT DETAILS" and/or "ADDRESSES" section, then select the information you want to update.

Hubt1 does not use login passwords, but temporary code that will be emailed to you every time you want to log in.

Orders

For any modifications or cancellation requests, you must send an email within 2 hours of placing the order to: info@hubt1.com

We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

On the website, we only display the sizes available in stock. If a specific size is not listed, it means it is currently out of stock.

Payment

You can pay using the following methods:

  • Cash on delivery: Pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery (€4.99 extra fee). Available only for orders up to €200 and only for shipments within Italy.
  • PayPal
  • Credit card: Secure payment via the Stripe network.
