Pokémon is getting its own official LEGO set! The release is scheduled for early 2026.
Pokémon and LEGO Join Forces: The First Official Set Is Coming!
Since its inception, Pokémon has captivated millions of fans worldwide, and soon, enthusiasts will be able to build their own Pokémon universe thanks to an exciting new collaboration with LEGO. This project takes world-building to a whole new level, blending fan imagination with LEGO’s signature creativity.
Set to launch in early 2026, this release marks the beginning of a multi-year partnership between Pokémon and LEGO. Until now, construction sets inspired by the beloved creatures had been exclusively produced by Mattel, which has held the license for nearly two decades.
Meanwhile, LEGO continues to expand its collaborations with major brands. This news follows the recent announcement of immersive experiences and pop-up events in partnership with Formula 1 for its 75th anniversary season, alongside an exclusive product line featuring all ten teams. Other recent projects include a limited edition “MAR10” Day release (celebrating Super Mario) and a highly anticipated One Piece partnership, marking LEGO’s first foray into the anime world.
At the moment, no details have been revealed about which Pokémon characters and sets will be available, but fans can expect them to hit shelves in 2026. Stay tuned for more updates!
